Removing a server from the blacklist in Office 365 can be a straightforward process, but it requires a clear understanding of the Azure server's configuration.

To start, you'll need to identify the server that's been blacklisted by Office 365, which can be done by checking the Azure portal for any security alerts or notifications.

Having a server blacklisted in Office 365 can severely impact your operations, causing issues with email delivery and authentication.

Blacklisted servers are often flagged due to suspicious activity, such as spamming or phishing attempts, which can compromise the security of your Office 365 account.

To resolve the issue, you'll need to investigate and address the root cause of the problem, whether it's a misconfigured server or a malicious activity.

Once you've identified the issue, you can take steps to rectify it, such as updating the server's configuration or implementing additional security measures.

By following these steps, you can remove the server from the blacklist and get back to smooth operations in Office 365.

You can remove your IP address from the Microsoft 365 blocked senders list by submitting a request through the Office 365 Anti-Spam IP Delist Portal page at https://sender.office.com.

To start the process, go to the Office 365 Anti-Spam IP Delist Portal page and follow the instructions on the page. Use the email address that received the NDR and the IP address that was specified in the error message.

You can enter only one email address and one IP address per visit, so make sure to have the correct information ready.

Select Submit when you're finished on the page, and a message will be sent to the email address you entered.

The message will include a confirmation link to return to the delist portal.

After submitting your request, it might take up to 30 minutes for the IP address to be delisted from the Microsoft 365 block list, or up to 24 hours or longer in some cases.
